Hello Everyone, I have userevent script that triggers on sales order beforesubmit. I selected it to execute under all contexts and all roles in the deployment record. When the sales orders are getting created from boomi the script is triggering sucessfully in sandbox but not in production what might be the reason for it? any thoughts? Thanks in advance

Run Server SuiteScript and Trigger Workflows or the related runServerSuiteScriptAndWorkflowTriggers

@battk The netsuite preference is set to "true" have to verify the setting with Boomi. I checked the execute to "All Roles" checkbox in deployment record, does checking both "ALL Roles" and "ALL Employees" make any difference?

you dont need to wait for boomi, you can check the webservice usage logs to look at the request
