04/03/2023, 7:19 AMTheoretically, yes, every PO will have IR and a VB. VB is the bill sent by the vendor for the goods purchased from them (via PO)

04/03/2023, 4:36 PMAn item receipt is typically used in a refunds scenario. Item does not get refunded until received back to the warehouse so the physical item mailed back for refund is recorded in the item receipt record that will trigger the refund.
