Had something very odd happen today and I am not sure why it is happening. There is 1 sales order where only an admin edit it. No one else can see the edit button but the status is set to Pending Approval. It is only happening to this Sales Order. What would be a reason for this?

Have you checked its workflow history? Sounds like something weird in that regard

it was subsidiary issue. it was an old account where the subisidiary was locked for certain roles / users.
