anyone in UK that can help me with address? We enter the state, city as Chineham but then NetSuite add Chineham Hants? We are not sure what's the correct way, it won't let us override the manual change

hants is the shorthand for the county / state

yeah, it's because of Hampshire - you can disable it using shorthand in preferences I think

but if the system adds Hants in the address will there be any issues with postal service?

no, UK addresses are primarily driven by post code now
