Hi everyone, hoping someone can help with this. I am trying to run an asset import and continuously get the error: "You have entered an Invalid Field Value NaN for the following field: custrecord_assetresidualperc". None of these assets should have a residual value, so I've entered 0. I have tried importing with mapping to my column, as well as just defaulting it to 0.0%. My residual values are populated on my asset types, and I cannot find anything in my asset setup that would cause this, and i cannot find anything useful in SuiteAnswers. I'm at a complete loss and am wondering if anyone has experienced this or has any potential insight?

Have you tried mapping 0 as the Residual Value, and leaving the Residual Value Percentage unmapped? I vaguely recall having a similar error where I was unable to set the residual percentage field directly

Hi Alex, chiming in here as Amber is my coworker and posted this question for me as I was having issues getting into the slack account for some reason. Unfortunately I have tried that. I remove the residual percentage all together and just map the residual value, but it still gives me that error.
