Looking for suggestions on how to quickly Move, Delete, and or Backup and Move or Delete 2.5TB of Files from the file cabinet.

That said - there is a Suite Answers article on building a scheduled script to delete files out of the file cabinet based on a saved search

No matter if deleting or moving/backing up, I would do it with a scheduled script like <@UER9Q3SGM> mentioned, perhaps use the SFTP module to move them to a SFTP server?
