Where do I go to adjust the Printout for "Print Individual Statements" (Transactions &gt; Customers &gt; Individual Statement) I checked the statement forms but it doesn't seem to be the one that is printing and I can't customize form to select which template to use

customization - &gt; forms - &gt; advanced pdf/html templates

also you have customization - &gt; forms - &gt; transaction forms, where you can assign the HTML template

this is where you select what form to use from 2nd tree I listed.  2nd tree selects what HTML printout layout to use which you can customize in first tree I listed
