How do I find out which users are using paid seats? I've got 119 employees with Login Access, but only 90 licenses... and nowhere near 29 @netsuite.com accounts.

I use a saved search on Employee where login acces is true

Login Access = True works, just note that there is a difference between full access license and employee center license.

That might be it @Roy L - the Employee Center license may be what is tripping me up.... cuz even though we just went live 11/1, theres no way they would let us have 29 free seats... Thanks!

@Kristy Kapsner welcome to your week. As a partner to that licence search, also create yourself a "KK Login Audit" search and look to see who is actually using their licence. This will be needed when you want to review your licence count and see who is not logging in and can be freed up for other users.

Yep, I just did. Its interesting. We have a bunch of inactive employees with Login Access... They aren't using their logins. 🙂 There are also a bunch of old consultants from the implementation that can be deactivated. The more interesting thing is active employees who aren't using logins...
