Hello Team, I have the following case. I created a contact (Lists -> Relationships -> Contacts). But within the contact, I didn't specify the Company. Then, I created a new Customer and attached the contact to the Customer. After the integration of our cloud platform with NetSuite, we didn't receive the Customer's contact. As I understand the reason is that I didn't fill in the Company name within the contact. Could you please advise, how we can receive the Customer's contact in this case?

If I understand what you mean,You update the Company field on the Contact. You can update them via CSV. If you have external IDs it will make it easier.

Currently, we extract contacts and determine the company that is attached to the contact. But, in NetSuite, the user can create contact and don't specify the company. In this case, we cannot bound contact with the company. I want to understand if it is possible to extract a customer and receive the contact. In this case, contact as a separate item doesn't include the company name. But, the contact is attached to the customer.
