Hey all - Is there any restriction in Netsuite that cash sale cannot be added for the Sales Order against which Customer Deposits are entered?

Probably yes. A cash sale is the Invoice=Customer Payment in a single transaction. If there is a customer deposit or partial deposit then a CS would not be possible.
