Hi, just wondering if anyone uses the payment batch process feature? We use it but have only had 1 successful run since going live. Sandbox no problems but using it live we have only managed to generate a batch of 4700 transactions once (the maximum number is supposedly 5000) since then it has maxed out at 3000 and then again at 4000 splitting the batch in 2. Just curious if anyone else uses this feature and has any issues with it! 🙂

Yes, we had the same issue with our last run (15 December) and have an open case with NetSuite.

Was it a similar number of transactions to my issue? It being able to process 5000 transactions at a time was the selling point for this feature for us

Yes. Initially was cutting off at 3000 transactions and then progressed to timing out completely. This was for customer payments (direct debits) and we ended up having to disable for a couple of customers to even get the page to load.

We had to do the same yesterday for suppliers to get it under 3000 transactions for it to process. We had a call with NetSuite who told us to change the permission of a script to run as admin which we did and tested it on sandbox after replicating the environment and it works fine in sandbox but as soon as we do it in the production account we experience the same issue as you. Last month it cut off at 300 but yesterday it timed out completely until eventually cutting it off at 3000 and then 4000. We have scheduled another call with NS in the new year. Happy to know its not just us but sorry you are experiencing the same issue!
