hello! does anyone know how to embed a tracking email link that contains the specific tracking #?

SA: 74889   -or- it will at least get you in the right area of what to look for.

thanks! we actually have this set up, however we would like to configure the tracking link to take the user to the page that contains the tracking info

but that takes them to the standard ups tracking page

Ah ok. You'd need to get a URL for a valid tracking number and then in your template, use the URL up to the serial number and then add the serial number and use that link.

so maybe first part is <https://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html?&amp;trackingNumber=1234ABC>

we actually dont use serials, but i think i can do it using this link

You'd have to modify it to be whatever the number is in that URL
