How long does is it typically take for a sandbox refresh? We started a refresh on Thursday but Sandbox has still not refreshed.

Our base refreshes in about 5 hours.

depends on their volume and basically luck. Ideally, just a few hours, but tends to be days around upgrade periods. You can open a case with NetSuite and have them check to see if anything is wrong.

I would check under the sandbox account as it may be done but you need to activate it. If i remember you need to activate it once its done updating
