Hi all, Is there a way to include two Reorder Multiple fields in inventory items import? (I have very limited knowledge how inventory management works, so I can't answer why there are two. I'm just handling imports)

No, but maybe that's not the 'netsuite' solution. find out more about the use case on thiss. Maybe it's a workaround/method from a previous system. That being said you could import for now to two new custom fields which you could use for later comparisons and workflow ie prepopulate for particular customers or customer category. Find out the required outcome.
