I think I've had this issue before, and can't remember what I had to do. I have created incoterms, but I am unable to select them when creating a transfer order. the incoterm list is completely blank. Any ideas?

Hey Leo - it sounds like you might need to check the record settings for the incoterms list and ensure it’s enabled for that type of record
