Has anyone work on Advanced Approval Bundle (suite solution)- It does not put restrictions as per roles of the user and allows transactions to be posted in closed sub ledgers. Anyone experience this before ? if yes any recommended solution ?

About the 'closed' sub-register the transaction Date 'could be dated in the closed period but if you check the Posting Period it will be the first open period at the time it was Approved.

Yes the workflow runs as admin by default which allows it to post to locked (but not closed) periods I think we have a custom script on the form which pushes the period to the first open on approval
