Having issue with the workflow. Item got stuck on last stage of Item Proposal WF, any way to debug it? Need to release it to set up the order placement. Can we manually complete the workflow?

a mass update can do this to push it to the next state - beware - I'm not 100% sure what happens when it transitions states

Found out there were missing data on the proposal form and hence the workflow script stopped creating the items even though when its approved. I need to push them to create the item.
