Hi guys. A customer has requested that, for every time that they send out sales orders via email, that it BCC the a specific email address (ie: sales@company.com). Obviously they can manually type this in everytime, but is there a way to automated this? Workflow perhaps? TIA!

If you're taking about the Global BCC list field, then I don't think that will work unfortunately, as we only want that feature for people with the sales role, and only sales order transactions.

I have this exact requirement for a client. I did a scheduled workflow and attached it to the email. I’m another case I used a Saved Search email and gave them a notification with a few details and a link to go check if they want.

I usually do them as a "Scheduled" send. Trigger On Entry. Action is Send Email.
