Do we have any news like Suitescript 1.0 is going to be discontinued/will stop working from this date. ?

I'd be amazed if it ever happens, to be honest

I heard from a guy that it will happen with 2022's first update. I am just here to confirm

SS2 support has only just started appearing in a lot of SSP/commerce functionality so I'd be very surprised if this was the case. I can't believe the user base could be ready to transition that quickly either. Could be that 2022.1 will be the point where they stop allowing new 1.0 scripting to be deployed? I'd expect legacy support to stick around forever, as PNJ says, but cutting off further use at some point seems likely.

They won't turn off 1.0 where they wont work but they won't allow new scripts in 1.0. That is what I have heard
