Trying to enter a memorized transaction. Wanting to have our monthly car payments enter our books on the 1st of each month, with a set monthly pay date. Currently getting an error because they need a new invoice/ref no each time, and that isn't an option. Has anyone else done something like this? Would I be better off just doing a memorized journal entry each month for when the payment clears, or maybe a monthly journal for the bill entry, and then a subsequent one for when the payment hits?
