Anyone know why users are being added to a sales order sales team after entering a sales order without assigning a sales team. Some users being added are also inactive users.

My best guess is either a saved workflow is populating the field, or there is a default assigned on the record customization. perhaps a script too?

It would be awkward to have workflows or scripts deployed as we haven't used SO's yet

Have you checked the user’s record to see if they are checkmarked in Human Resources as “Sales Rep”?

Oh, wasn't aware that would default them as a sales team I can check that
