Right, so how do I figure that out? Like my users in DC - are they NA East? And then my users in London in are UK South (London)? Or are all users based on the same server?

Your account only exists in one region (at least in the current world of NetSuite). Your account executive or the Support team (via a Case) can inform you of your region if you cannot find someone who already knows within your organization.
