My Employee Center Approvers are today getting an error when they try to view a Vendor Bill "Permission Violation: The restrictions on your role deny you access to this record." Role has permissions: Vendor Bills = View Vendor Bill Approval = Full No admin changes have been made in the account for a few months.

I just tested this, in a custom employee centre and it worked for me. Double check that your user is trying to view the bill, as opposed to Edit the bill?
