Hi is it possible to extract field id, field name, type of a custom record using saved search ?

For saved search it is not possible but from the script it is.

can you give some snippet on this ? How can I get all the fields under create ?

I don't have now but it is possible I have done it past Integration products. You can use field level API and extract all the metadata of the record
