Is there a permission to change the persmissions of who can view a saved search? As an Admin i cant find a particular saved search someone that non-admin created but they can send me a URL to the search and only then can i view it. The non-admin cannot see the

subtab to change the permissions.

When you are on the page to view all the saved searches, you can change the filter at the top to view the private ones, this should allow you to see it as an admin.
