I got an email today warning me I have 7 days to log into an account before it becomes deactivated, but when I tried to log in, I already can't and I get this image. I tried calling the number but it's someone's personal phone and the voicemail is full lol the hyperlink to accounts recievable is also broken. What do I do here before the account is deleted in a week?

do you have a Netsuite account rep or sales rep? You will need the account number in the start of that URL also. https://xxxxxx.app.netsuite.com/

Usual cause for a contact accounts receivable message is unpaid subscription.

Hmm to be honest I’m not sure. This one is a suite success test environment it might be standalone

What is the suffix (if exists) after the account number in the URL? Xxxxxxx-sb1..... that will give a hint.

just ask for it to be paid. there’s no other reason why it would mention accounts receivable.
