Does anyone know if it is possible for an admin to know which portlets a user has configured on their dashboards? We just implemented 8x8 in NS and want to be sure all users configured and on their dashboards. Even better if we could pull the configuration settings of the telephony portlet. 8x8 has said they don't have visibility to this either.
