is there any setting to allow a Role to Search an item in the Purchase Order table? for context, when our Purchasing Officer (role) is creating a PO and she tries adding an item at the Items table, the field can't auto-detect it. My initial thought was she could just search via the List/Search option (where you click the two chevron lines pointing down), but upon trying it, her only options were "List". My role is Admin so I have both "List" and "Search", which leads me to the question of what permission do I need to enable in her Role to allow her to "Search"? I've attached an image for context, as my explanation might've been a bit rough.

Try adding a % before your keyword or item name ie. %Item this allows you to search as ‘LIKE’

Hi WBer. Thanks for the response. I think I've gotten to the root of the problem now. The item she was searching for was originally a Non-Inventory Item that got converted to a Lot-numbered Item, and since the form she was using had a search that strictly filtered out anything that wasn't a Non-Inventory Item. The resolution we came up with was to just create another Non-Inventory record of the same item, then set the Lot-numbered one to Inactive. Thanks again, appreciate it.
