• How is this possible?
• No idea how fix this?

There is not negative inventory for this Item. The "Inventory Balance" search shows the correct information with 389 Qty On Hand and Available, but the Item shows this.

04/04/2023, 1:52 AMI had to open a Support call with Netsuite and they are looing into it.
On Hand Qty = 0 and Available = 389
We traced that back to and Inventory Adjustment, but they don't understand why that happened yet.
