I have multiple locations for my operation and when we print a pick ticket is not registering under System Information…this is the response i got from NetSuite: “As per our testing, we were able to verify that the System Information does not record the Picking Ticket if we have multiple locations in the SO and if it was created by navigating to Transactions > Management > Print Checks and Forms > Picking Ticket. As I have mentioned, the feature you are requesting is not available within the NetSuite line of application services. We do have an Enhancement Request logged for this feature request and it has been updated with your account information and comments. Our Product Management team periodically reviews these Enhancement Requests and perhaps this will be available in a future release.” Any suggestions?

Going back to the original requirement. What do you actually need to control? What is it you need as a workaround?
