How can we stop orders from being taxable on a specific customer account? (tax appears to only be automatic bc they are located in our state, but this doesnt occur with others in our state so I cant figure out the solution)

If this relates to us set exemptions certificate on customer record or set them non taxable.

The only box I see on the customer record says : Taxable , and this is not checked.
