Netsuite apparently changed their email server in August to Spark Post and that broke a save search email that gets sent to an internal process. Netsuite Support are saying that we do not have an MX record on the subdomain, but the way we had it setup was a CNAME points to the correct IP address. Our IT team seems very surprised that they would ask us to hard-code the IP address in the MX record and think something is wrong with their configuration is resolving the IP. Did anyone else have to deal with this issue? Sorry if this sounds a little confusing. I am not familiar with email server terminology.
