How can I change the standard form of a Revenue Recognition Journal Entry to a custom form? I created some custom segments and the Create Revenue Recognition Journal Entries page is not defaulting to the preferred form when creating JEs.

Do you have Adv Rev Management - Setup / Accounting / Accounting Pref scroll down to Adv Rev management and you can set Default forms

hmm - could you at the form level make it the preferred form for the roles you need? Or are these system generated JE's

I'm using the Create Revenue Recognition Journal Entries page. I'm not sure if that qualifies as system generated.
I did make the form preferred and it didn't respect that.

Sorry - I am out of ideas & the enviro I am in (and they last one) has Adv Revenue - so I cannot even play around in SB 🙇‍♂️
