03/28/2023, 5:01 PMScenario: An inventory item is on a Sales Order - the item is called a 'set' while NOT being a kit item - it is a simple inventory item. (I don't know why it was never created as a kit, but here we are). On an RMA then, if a customer wants to just return one piece of the 'set' that is also its own unique sku. If Return Items are using exact cost of original Sale, how does it pull the cost for the one piece on the Item Receipt? We use average costing for items

03/28/2023, 5:04 PMExample: Item on Sales Order is ABC123 and although it's not a 'kit' the business just knows that item is composed of ABC456 and ABC789. Customer wants to return ABC456, so that is the item that goes on the RMA, not ABC123.
