I'm raising another question. Legacy tax, multiple Nexus registration. Netsuite improperly set Nexus, because its based just on one factor - shipping country. Netsuite support claims that its impossible to manually set Nexus. How to deal with that? I'm pretty sure, that every European trading company which trades worldwide should face this issue. Any ideas?

Welcome to NS. No you cant work around the nexus issue. NetSuite (Legacy Tax) does not have the setup for multiple registrations. Solution: Purchase a tax engine integration, Move to SuiteTax architecture

we have our own tax engine, so thats not an issue. Do you know if it is possible to easily switch to SuiteTax? I mean I know that Netsuite makes an assessment if it is possible to turn on SuiteTax also that a lot of tax related (International tax reports, supplementary tax calc and others) bundles are incompatible. But in my case our client just starting since January and in Netsuite there are quite few transactions so I believe we could handle this migration from Legacy to SuiteTax.

Your best resource is NetSuite for the most up to date information on SuiteTax migration. Contact your account manager to start a discussion. The solution has come a long way since I was involved. Also the migration is fairly easy for clients without a huge amount of records to transform. Tax Codes / Type change a bit so your old records change from records to text based fields the last I saw of migration.
