Hello everyone, I’m trying to create a saved search for cases, but cannot figure why multiple lines are reporterd for each case (sometines 7, sometimes 2...)

It seem to be linked to the shipping addresses :s

@LRG on which record type are you stating your search? and which records are you linking? Most probably it's one of the Joined records, so try it without. Then if that is it, Group everything and your Joins with a Max Summary type.

Thank you for your help to both. I managed to filter by adding a "Default Shipping address = true". But it’s weird that Case transactions shows one record line for each address on the customers record.

This is Normal behavior for NetSuite in all Areas. If you include address and do not specify which address it shows one row for each of them all of them.

But, I did not add addresses in my saved search. The case saved search seem to link sublist record with addresses without a particular address field.
