Chart of accounts. We use numbers and it is normal to have the same name for several accounts. All of our dev accounts allows to add account with existing name however I can't do that on client's account. It should be some settings for that but I can't find it. Anyone aware?

I've never been able to create duplicate account names. Name/Number is always unique.

You can use duplicate accounts names if they have different parent accounts (not just empty). Account numbers, from what I know, should always be unique.
