Very strange...user actually has permission to print packing slips, but if they type Print Packing Slip in the global search, no results. If I do it as Admin, I get to Print Packing Slips. Odd.

Is this an ability via the button/menu on a Sales Order or missing Print Checks and Forms? I’ve found some Roles do not have Print Checks and forms and I add them another menu tab.

@Netsuite Tragic They have access to print checks and forms. From the menu, I can get to Print Packing slips. Only in the global search, if you type in Print Packing Slips, you get no results. Very strange.
