Having an issue where there are no options to select "Incoterm" on a transfer order. Anyone experience this issue before?

Yes, you have to add them in accounting lists. Once you do that, for some reason NS takes a while for the values to show up on the TOs

I usually wait a few minutes, even try using a different browser if you don;t want to clear your cache, but it happens to me all the time. Only with that field too.
