Hi y'all. I have a saved search to identify customers whose CC details are expiring soon. The search includes a custom message for single record results to inform customers of their soon to expire card. The test emails I've sent so far aren't including my message. Any ideas as to why/how to fix?

Have you tried with content in Introduction? As an initial sanity check?
