Nevermind, finally found it, "Transaction : Terms"

This will work for transaction level terms, but there's also a native Terms field on Vendor itself that drives the default value on Bills.

so weird. "payment terms?" did you relabel the standard field?

I did not. Checked on "payment terms" as well, no dice. The only thing that I suspect is causing this is that we are a one world multi sub account?
