Hi! Can someone help me understand how the number of fully licensed users is calculated?

The user (employee record) with core access. Non employee center roles.

Yes You can go to setup > company > view billing information From there you can know how many full user license you have, and how many employee centers vs how many have been used. You can create a search on employee records. Group the employee role fields : center type Keep the name of the employee ungrouped. Based on that you can know for which user you are giving core licenses. And evaluate.

@Jessica Bickis one thing to consider...if you used Netsuite services, you may have many users with access that don't take up a license. Any user that has an email address of @netsuite.com doesn't count as a user...therefore removing their access will not change your full licenses used

@AK47 - Thanks! Fortunately, right now, we don't have to use professional services. There were some lingering access accounts from implementation, but I removed those just to clean it up!
