Hi, does anyone know if a Cash Sale affects customer balance the same way that an Invoice does? I suspect it does not, since it represents a sale that was paid for up-front, but I haven't been able to find any documentation confirming that.

it doesn't affect the balance...as you mentioned, it's like making an invoice and applying a payment at the same time
