Receive not AR Payments - I'm hoping this is easy. How do I receive Rent Income. Do I have to set up a customer as Rent? But even if I do that I am only allowed to post to an AR account. Thanks

Do you want to post it directly to a bank account? If yes, Deposit transaction can do that. I personally like to setup a customer record for that so I can easily track the total rent income per customer but it's optional in Deposit transaction.

I only have access to invoices/credits on customer cards on deposit transactions. How can I enter in a GL account?
