11/03/2020, 7:20 PMI did automated statements via a Saved Search to send the customer the open transactions. Didn’t use the NetSuite statement functionality.

11/03/2020, 9:34 PMYou can send a statement from the workflows if you use the customer record type. In the email action there will be a checkbox for send statement.
