I'm using Google Authenticator for 2FA. But even I scan the QR code it always showing me `invalid or expired verification code`. I tried several times and even on other pc but failed. Any help would be appreciated

Can you not copy and paste the code from NetSuite in to the google 2fa?

I've already skipped 5 times and is there any chance that I can skip more? <@UHRE7JTGE> reset password by other Admin didn't work

typing the code didn't work neither so I don't think it's space issue

yeah I can't help further I'm afraid - I've never seen that issue, it makes no sense

Make sure the time is correct on your device. Google Authenticator also has an option for time correction in the settings menu you can try
