Does anyone sell to Grainger and therefore is familiar with Grainger's labeling requirements? Or, if anyone knows how to customize the "Print Labels" feature on a sales order

i'm not familiar with Grainger specifically, but I do a lot of UCC labelling for B2B requirements. In Netsuite, I highlight recommend https://www.summitit.com/ as their tool allowed us to create custom labels that matched any requirements we got

Unfortunately, NetSuite only gives you only 1 Label template for items...you can't make multiple different templates/layouts
