i created a workflow to send packing slip when the item is fulfilled but it never sends the pdf...any clues why workflow is correct. Im trying to determine if it 's system issue. system preferences are set to send emails also

If you can share the WF itself, that'd be better.

@Ogabeg is the WF sending any email and it’s just the PDF attachment question? Or is it that there is not any email? If you view the Workflow tab in the Item Fulfillment is your workflow executing and or failing in the process?
