Hi, our IT team is updating an email address that we use for a NetSuite User that we store most of our integration roles on. What is a good procedure to make sure nothing goes wrong with those integration when we update the email on the NetSuite account? Is there a tell tell sign that the integration app requires a login on the associated service? For example I know our Celigo integrator requires a login on their website, but am not sure on the others.

Its good practise to document areas of access that an email address is associated with. If not, its time to take a gamble and see what happens.

You could run the “Login Audit” for that user and look at the various authentication methods that are in use. It will give you some insights as to how and where it is being used.
