10/29/2020, 3:44 PMMore than likely its configured not to send email. If enabled, it should follow normal routines (except recipient is limited based on your Setup option).

10/29/2020, 3:46 PMAlso, that SA doesn't offer a trigger suggestion, double check you have one - would assume you need to specify After Record Submit most likely. I would also add a condition, given you want to send it on fulfillment, to check for status = shipped on the send email action.
